    Routely Presents: Bali

    July 28, 2026

Same method as our Tokyo and Paris guides: every spot here comes from real Bali trips planned in Routely, and we only kept the ones at least three different travelers saved on their own. Bali isn't one walkable city, so expect Ubud, Canggu, and Uluwatu all in the same list, because that's how people actually plan the island.

    The essentials

    Mount Batur

    Mount Batur

    Saved by 7+ travelers

The most-saved spot on the island, and it's a sunrise volcano hike, not a beach club or a temple. Says a lot about who's actually planning Bali trips in Routely: people willing to wake up at 2am for a view.

    Bingin Beach

    Bingin Beach

    Saved by 6+ travelers

Down in Uluwatu, tucked below the cliffs with a staircase you have to actually want to take. Tied for the most-saved beach on the island, and it's not the easiest one to get to, which is probably the point.

    Double Six Beach

    Double Six Beach

    Saved by 6+ travelers

Seminyak's sunset beach, saved just as often as Bingin but for a completely different kind of afternoon: closer to everything, easier to reach, built for the golden hour rather than the hike.

    Tanah Lot Temple Square

    Tanah Lot Temple Square

    Saved by 4+ travelers

The sea temple on the rock that's on every Bali postcard, and four separate travelers saved it independently anyway. Some spots earn the cliche.

    Where to eat and wander

    FINNS Beach Club

    FINNS Beach Club

    Saved by 6+ travelers

The most-saved beach club on the island, in Canggu. Pool, ocean, food, all in one saved pin, which is basically why beach clubs exist as a category in the first place.

    La Favela

    La Favela

    Saved by 5+ travelers

Seminyak's jungle-themed restaurant-turned-bar-turned-nightclub, saved by five different travelers who were clearly not planning an early night. It shows up in trips as dinner and somehow also as the last stop.

    Locavore NXT

    Locavore NXT

    Saved by 4+ travelers

Ubud's tasting-menu restaurant, saved by travelers who booked one genuinely nice dinner into an otherwise beach-and-hike heavy trip. Worth planning around if that's the one night you want to sit down properly.

    La Brisa Sunday Market

    La Brisa Sunday Market

    Saved by 4+ travelers

Canggu's beachfront market, saved as the one lazy-afternoon stop that isn't a beach club or a temple. Good sign for anyone whose trip is starting to feel like the same three activities on repeat.
